We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items. Once it leaves our hands and has been accepted by USPS that order is considered shipped in full! Your order will only be insured IF YOU email me and purchase insurance on the full amount of your order. Once it leaves my hands it is considered shipped in full and unless you purchase insurance there is nothing I can do if your package gets lost or damaged. There are no refunds or re-shipments of lost, damaged boxes UNLESS you have purchased insurance separately by emailing me to purchase for your package!
